Marathon Guru can help you reach your goal!
Marathon Guru - An Australian first for every registered marathon and half marathon participant from May.

Entrants will have free access to this world leading specialist online training program. Devised by running legend and Olympian Lee Troop, Marathon Guru is a predictive system that tailors a program to suit participants desired race times. The program adjusts throughout the weeks according to the response of the runners to the prescribed training. Marathon Guru is as close as you can get to live coaching.

The Marathon Guru program runs for 16-weeks and will begin in late May. If you have entered already you’ll receive a launch email and link to the Blackmores Training site where the Marathon Guru program will sit.

In the interim Lee Troop has written a base program to get you ready for the launch in a little over a month. There is a beginner, intermediate and advanced marathon program for you to follow.

CanToo Training Programs

Are you looking for a team training program to help you reach your event goal?

Can Too is a non profit program that matches fitness incentives with a good cause. Since 2005 Can Too has trained over 6,000 participants and raised over $6.5 million dollars for Cancer Research. Join the Can Too team to help you achieve a goal you never thought possible and compete in Blackmores Sydney Running Festival.

Can Too provides participants with twice-weekly group training sessions with professional coaches at locations across Sydney. Our 14 week half-marathon program and 10 week 9km program attracts people of all fitness and experience levels who are able to train for their goals in a fun, safe and supportive team environment. Each participant is part of a mentor group and your mentor supports you on your journey of both fitness and fundraising. People join Can Too for various reasons; some are driven by health and fitness goals, others to support cancer research, meet new friends or because they have been personally touched by cancer. People come from all walks of life, in all shapes and sizes and have ranged in age from 20 to 70. Despite their differences, Can Too participants leave with an incredible feeling of connection through achieving their common goals of completing an endurance event and giving back to the community.
